SKATEPARK NEWS!!!

This is the new Plainfield skate park currently under construction now.Paprocki concrete and masonry have done another kick ass job to give all of us a sweeet new place to shred. Jeff Paprocki and crew are set to be finished with the plainfield park in three weeks, after that the park needs to be seal coated and landscaped, about another week or so, then it is time to shred!!!

DAYVILLE:
We are about one thousand bucks away from adding the pump bump to the middle of Dayville park, This lady bug shaped bump will be in the center of the park connecting the Volcano to the pyramid and the TWINKY. (It's not a bubble, it's a Twinky.)it will get rid of that crack that runs down the middle of the park. I met with the town and Jeff who is doin the work and it seems as if it is a go in the next few weeks.
There is a jar here at the shop for donations to help raise the last few needed dollars, a Jam is in the works and new "LOCAL" tees are being printed, 100% of all monies go directly into adding onto our park!!! Lets get this done quick, We need your help!!! The park will be closed for about a week to do the work and it is crucial that no one rides this till it is open and properly cured and sealed. It is your park, dont destroy it,don't be so selfish that you can't wait a few days to ride it, take care of it.

AS WITH ALL SKATEPARK CONSTRUCTION, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOT RIDE THE PARK UNTIL IT IS OPEN!!!!!! The concrete needs several days to cure, even though it seems hard enough to ride on, it isn't. Also the concrete needs to be sealed, the more dirt and tire marks and crap you put on the concrete when the park is under construction and you are riding through the mud to hit the little corner of the park that seems ridable, the more you are making it harder to get a good clean seal to take effect.
Riding the park before the construction is done will lead to
A) Pissing off the town and the builders of the park.
B) MORE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
C) Damaging the park, costing the town more money to build it and possibly taking away from future add ons
This park is for you, take pride in it, take care of it, care enough to not ruin what you have. SO PRETTY PLEASE WITH SUGAR ON TOP, STAY OUT OF THE FUCKING PARK TILL IT IS OPEN.

As soon as Paprocki is done with Plainfield park he is packing up the tools and heading over to Willimantic to build their park. let me tell you, this place looks sooo sick. You street skaters will be in heaven and the tranny guys will loving the lines as well. This fall their will be three parks within 20 minutes that will be amazing to ride. If anyone wants to know more, stop in the shop, if anyone would like to help, stop in the shop. I have been bustin my ass to get these places as good as they can be so please do your part as well!!! Thanks guys.

Well if you talk to Paproki's crew put in the good word for BMX in East Haddam. He's supposed to be building a park there sometime in the next year and they are banning BMX. 75% of the committee that raised the $55K in cash in riders, now we're getting sh1t on!
